At Ortiz Equity Group, we provide our clients with the opportunity to passively participate in multifamily investment opportunities for both accredited and non-accredited investors to grow their wealth by investing in and being part of large Real Estate Multifamily Assets. Our team brings expertise to acquire, reposition and help our investors earn passive cash flow and return our investors’ capital upon reaching our business plan. We personally invest significant capital into each property alongside our investors.

Jon ran operations alongside his partner successfully running a wholesaling business. His speciality is in increasing enterprise value through innovative growth strategies, customer experience design, digital transformations, pricing optimization, sales channel deployment, and mergers & acquisitions (including sell-side and buy-side private equity transaction support). Jon’s main responsibilities as COO include overseeing underwriting, asset management, and investor relations and financing.
